Michael Roberts |
Michael Roberts co-founded MarketFace and heads the company’s operations. He has more than 25 years of experience helping companies increase profits and improve sales. Prior to founding MarketFace, he was a Partner at USWeb/CKS (later, marchFIRST), a leading Internet professional services firm, where he helped Fortune 1000 companies establish their first web presence. Before the Internet took off, Roberts helped National Geographic, Ziff-Davis and Disney develop electronic publishing programs.
Mike Fisher |
Mike Fisher leads MarketFace’s Customer Experience Practice and has extensive experience in all forms of usability testing and Internet development. He created the first usability testing lab and testing methodology for USWeb/CKS (later marchFIRST), the world’s largest Internet professional services firm. Prior, Fisher founded EmeraldNet, Inc., an Internet development company serving the entertainment industry.
Paula Harries |
Paula Harries has extensive experience providing business and market intelligence. For more than 20 years she has conducted qualitative and quantitative market research to help companies define their goals, identify and profile high potential market segments, understand customer requirements and articulate and measure value propositions to customers. Harries has directed market research and competitive analysis functions for companies including Cisco Systems and Prime Computer and has provided market research services for companies including IBM and Hewlett-Packard.
Maggie Young |
Maggie Young helps MarketFace clients gain greater customer insights and improve business success by leveraging her 15+ years of work with Internet marketing and customer experience analysis. Young served as Vice President of Mighty Interactive, an award-winning Web Design/Internet Marketing firm and has been a member of the Usability Professionals Association since 2000.
